Jute twine 3,0 mm is most often used for packaging (for example: jute yarn can be used for wrapping gifts, hanging price tags on clothes), in decorations, handmade products, for macramé, knitting rugs, baskets, napkins, jute filigree. Twine is also used to produce jute ropes.
Jute twine is 100% decomposable in the soil and does not harm the environment because it is made of natural jute fiber (the twine is made of the same material as jute cloth).
A distinctive feature of our twine is that it is wound without sleeves. We do this because of the following advantages:
- the possibility of winding the twine from both the outside and the inside of the bobbin;
- You pay only for the twine and not for the sleeve, which other manufacturers usually include in the declared weight of the bobbin.
Jute twine retails from 1 bobbin - you choose the number of bobbins/sets.
*Traditionally, raw (uncoloured, unbleached) jute yarn contains a small amount of oil - this is due to the specific technological nature of its production. Therefore, like other raw jute fibre products (e.g. strings, jute ropes or jute fabrics), jute twine may have a specific (technical) oil smell. Depending on the specific batch of product/manufacturer, this smell may be more or less pronounced.
Customer feedback shows that the degree of perceptibility of the smell can vary, depending on the individual sensitivity of the person.
The fragrance often fades over time or if it is washed out.
