Jute thread is most commonly used for packaging (for example: jute thread can be used for wrapping gifts, hanging price tags on clothes), in decorations, handmade products, for knitting rugs, baskets, napkins, jute filigree.
Jute thread is 100% decomposable in the soil and does not harm the environment, as it is made of natural jute fibre (the thread is made of the same material as jute fabric).
A distinctive feature of our thread is that it is wound without sleeves. We do this because of the following advantages:
- the possibility of winding the thread from both the outside and the inside of the bobbin;
- You pay only for the thread and not for the sleeve, which other manufacturers usually include in the declared weight of the bobbin.
Jute thread retails from 1 bobbin - you choose the number of bobbins.
* Traditionally, raw (uncoloured, unbleached) jute thread contains a small amount of oil - this is due to the specific technological nature of its production. Therefore, like other raw jute fibre products (e.g. strings, jute ropes or jute fabrics), jute thread may have a specific (technical) oil smell. Depending on the specific batch of product/manufacturer, this smell may be more or less pronounced.
Customer feedback shows that the degree of perceptibility of the smell can vary, depending on the individual sensitivity of the person.
The fragrance often fades over time or is washed out.
Please consider this feature of the product into account when purchasing.
